My Name is Jocelyn Whitfield. I am the CEO/ Director of the Center for Creative Life and Learning, Inc. and its Girls  on Fire Programs. I have 30 years of experience,  developing,   strengthening, building the capacities of community organizations  and governmental programs.  

I am passionate about serving the undeserved and hope you will join us in this effort to  ensure  there are viable youth services in our communities to help youth and families function at their highest possible level. Our focus areas are youth development, family  and community engagement. 

Prior to  retirement from public service,  the Center   and I established the Girls on Fire Mentoring, Enrichment and Leadership Program to develop and prepare our youth for leadership and  help them become successful and productive community resources.
