Since 2015, the Center established the Girls on Fire Mentoring, Enrichment and Leadership programs to meet growing needs of primarily minority with the goal of building the self-esteem and confidence and developing leadership potential of young girls 8-13yrs. In 2017, the Center implemented the Leadership Development Academy (LDA) to continue developing the leadership potential of girls 14-17. In 2022, during the pandemic the Center expanded services to include mental health support services to address the mental health needs of students
Eighty-five percent of Leadership Development Academy (LDA) past participants and alumni attend or have attended college. They are now enrolled in institutions or completed certification programs in the following colleges and universities.
In 2021 launched its reading and math proficiency tutoring/ coaching classes.
In 2023, the Center launched a mentoring program for boys " Boys Becoming Great Men (BBGM)" providing mentoring and mental health services for young boys 10-14.
The Center has served over 400 youth throughout Baltimore City and Howard County communities.
