Since 2015, the Center established the Girls on Fire Mentoring, Enrichment and Leadership programs to meet growing needs of primarily minority with the goal of building the self-esteem and confidence and developing leadership potential of young girls 8-13yrs. In 2017, the Center implemented the Leadership Development Academy (LDA) to continue developing the leadership potential of girls 14-17. In 2022, during the pandemic the Center expanded services to include mental health support services to address the mental health needs of students
In 2021 launched itsreading and math proficiency tutoring/ coaching classes.for students experiencing deficiencies.
In 2023, the Center launched a mentoring program for boys " Boys Becoming Great Men (BBGM)" to provide mentoring and mental health services for young boys 10-14.
The Center has served over 400 youth throughout Baltimore City and Howard County communities.
Family Engagement Meeting
Groups meet the 2nd and 4th Saturday from 2-3 PM in Long Reach Village Center.
